How it works?

Sign Up or Login

Once logged in, confirm your account is configured for filing. At minimum you'll need to have a payment method set up, and a filing attorney added to your account.

Finally, you'll be assigned an email address you'll use to to send your documents to eFile by eMail for filing with the court.

eMail Your Filing

You've done it a million times. Compose a new email, address it to your assigned email address, attach your documents, click Send!

Our revolutionary technology will receive your email, extract your documents, and generate a DRAFT filing ready for submission to the court.

Once a DRAFT is generated we will reply to your email with confirmation and a magic link that allows you to review your filing with a single click.

Confirm & Submit

Using that magic link, you'll open your draft filign on the eFile by eMail e-filing platform. You'll see your draft filing has been generated with your documents attached and the majority of fields complete.

Carefully review your filing to make sure the draft filing is correct. Complete or edit any necessary fields and determine and make sure you are satisfied with e-service and service contact selection.

Confirm you payment method selection and verify the court filing fees due, then click Submit.
